I have all of the parents on the premesis.

I will provide you with a record of the vaccinations and parasite treatments that your puppy has had.

I will provide you with a Health Certificate from my veterinarian.

I will provide you with a sample of Nutri Source, the puppy food that we use and recommend.

I guarantee my puppies for two years for serious hereditary and congenital health conditions. In the rare case that they occur your veternarian bills will be refunded up to the origanal purchase price of your puppy.

When purchasing my puppy I will ask you to agree to have the puppy spayed or neutered.

My pricing is between $500 and $1,000. plus 6% sales tax. This price includes a toy for your puppy.

I accept $100. credit card deposits to hold puppies, without a deposit no puppy is off the market. Deposits are nonrefundable or exchangeable should you change your mind.

If the puppy that you place a deposit on fails to thrive, your deposit will be refunded, or you may choose to place it on another available puppy.

If we need to hold a puppy for you longer then our scheduled pick up dates, because of your scheduled we may charge you a fee of $5. a day.
